Yes. We only work with official tickets purchased from authorized partners. In the Regular package, your seat is in the central section of the Maracanã (Oeste Superior without biometrics or Oeste Inferior with biometrics), guaranteeing a privileged view of the pitch.

4. What is included in the package?
The package includes round-trip transportation from your hotel in a 20-seat van, an official ticket for the central section of the stadium, and full assistance from a bilingual guide fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

5. What is not included?
Meals, drinks, souvenirs, and any personal expenses are not included.

6. How long does the experience last?
Between five and six hours. This includes the pre-match meet-up, stop at the bar, the walk with the fans, the match itself, and the return after the final whistle.

7. Is it safe to walk to the Maracanã?
Yes. The entire experience is planned to ensure your comfort and safety. You are accompanied by a licensed guide from hotel pick-up until your return, and the transportation is private for the group.

8. Do I need to bring anything specific?
We recommend light clothing, a copy or photo of your ID/passport, cash or card for extra expenses, and of course plenty of energy to cheer with the fans. In case of rain, the guide provides ponchos, since large umbrellas are not allowed inside the stadium.

No. However, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

10. How do cancellations and unforeseen events work?
Cancellations are flexible and accepted up to 72 hours before the match. After this period, it is not possible to cancel or request a refund. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, we will do our best to offer alternatives.

In this package, you sit in the central section of the stadium, in the West Upper (Oeste Superior) or West Lower (Oeste Inferior) stands. The West Upper section does not require facial biometrics and offers a great panoramic view of the pitch, while the West Lower section requires biometrics and places you closer to the field, with a more intense atmosphere. Both options are official seats that provide excellent views and an authentic Maracanã experience.

13. What happens after the match?
After the final whistle, the guide takes the group back to the van, which will be waiting near the stadium exit to return you to your hotel safely and comfortably.

Yes. There are official stores inside the stadium and street vendors outside. The guide will point out the best and safest places to buy.
