Terms and Conditions – Follow Me Maracanã Matchday

1. Nature of Service

Follow Me provides tourism experiences that include transportation, tickets, and tour guide assistance for football matches at Maracanã Stadium, Rio de Janeiro.

2. Booking Confirmation

Reservations are only confirmed after full payment is received. Once confirmed, the customer will receive an electronic voucher with all details of the experience.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

⚠ No cancellations, refunds, or changes are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
All tickets are personal and non-transferable, and in some cases linked to biometric facial registration.

4. Sector Allocation and Biometric Registration

• Some stadium sectors (such as West Lower – Cadeira Inferior) require mandatory facial biometric registration.

• In case the customer fails to complete or faces issues with the biometric registration, the company reserves the right to allocate the customer to the West Upper – Owner’s Seat (Cadeira Cativa) instead.

• By confirming the booking, the customer agrees with this possible change, without the right to refund or compensation.

  
  

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide a valid passport or ID.

• Comply with the pick-up times and meeting points informed.

• Respect stadium and event regulations.
  

6. Company Responsibilities

• Provide safe and comfortable transportation to and from the stadium.

• Accompany the group with licensed multilingual guides.

• Deliver valid and original tickets for the purchased sector or for the alternative sector when biometric registration issues occur.
  

7. Right to Cancel

Although Follow Me has never canceled a confirmed booking, the company reserves the right to cancel the service in case of exceptional circumstances, such as safety issues, force majeure, or event cancellations by the stadium or organizers. In such cases, customers will be duly informed.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees with these Terms and Conditions.
